Exchange Policy

We are committed to satisfying our customers; therefore, we offer a product exchange service under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Period

  • The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, the exchange is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all tags and accessories.
  • A purchase invoice or proof of payment must be provided.
  • If the defect results from misuse, the exchange request will be refused.

3. Exchange Methods

  • The exchange can be carried out in one of our stores or through customer service.
  • For exchanges made by shipping, delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

4. Receipt of the Replacement Product

  • The replacement product will be delivered after the condition of the returned item has been verified.
  • If the same product is not available, the customer may choose another product of equivalent value or pay the price difference.
